Second Judicial District Judgeship Nominee Survey
The Denver Bar Association wants to hear from you. Each time a judicial vacancy occurs in the Denver District Court, the DBA surveys its members about the nominees to provide feedback to the governor’s office. Please take a moment to complete our survey about the nominees for the Second Judicial District vacancy. The survey closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 14.

Seniors Spring Banquet "Class" Announced
Honor the DBA members who have been admitted to the bar for 50 years at the DBA Seniors Spring Banquet on Tuesday, May 13. Real Estate Spring Update: Quiet Title, Title Insurance and Other Complexities—March 27

Bench and Bar Committee Roundtable on How to Become a Judge—Wednesday, April 16
The DBA Bench and Bar Committee is holding a roundtable on how to become a judge in Denver District Courts, to take place at the Wynkoop Brewery on Wednesday, April 16 from 4 to 7 p.m. Three general CLE credits have been applied for. Play Softball in the Lawyers’ League—It’s really a lot of fun
The headline pretty much says it all. Lawyers’ League softball is just plain fun. You get out of the office on a Saturday morning and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. It’s co-ed. There are no umpires, so balls and strikes are not called and it’s inexpensive. You don’t even have to be a lawyer—staff, family, friends, clients, and relative strangers are all welcome. Games are Saturdays at 11 a.m. from June through early at August at Cranmer (Sundial) Park. Interested captains should email Jack Tanner or call 303-894-4495.

Yoga @ the Bar—Fridays at 7 a.m.
