Discuss the practice of law in Denver with several judges on various courts, in a casual, roundtable, brown-bag lunch. The Bench-Bar Committee is sponsoring "A Round with the Judges" on Wednesday, June 11, noon - 1:45 p.m., at the Denver City & County Building Law Library, 1435 Bannock St. The program has been submitted for two general CLE credits. Escape 20 minutes north of Denver to the annual Henry Hall Memorial Golf Tournament on June 9 at Vista Ridge Golf Course. Tickets are $100 per player. Price includes lunch, greens fees, GPS and cart. Registration, lunch and range balls start at 11:30 a.m., followed by a 1:30 p.m. shotgun start. The Colorado Court of Appeals will begin accepting civil, domestic and probate cases through the e-file system on July 1. Come and learn what you need to know to e-file your next appeal. This program will be presented twice, June 10 and June 17, in an attempt to give everyone a chance to learn about the appellate e-file system. In addition to addressing the mechanics of the system, representatives from the Court of Appeals will answer specific, court-procedure questions. One General Credit

A panel sponsored by the CBA Alternative Dispute Resolution Section will discuss the idea of a pilot project on Arbitration appeals on the merits of a case, as well as other ideas surrounding arbitration decisions.
