***Thursday! October 6 -- Referenda C&D, The Pros and Cons
Please note: This week only, because of Rosh Hashanah, this program will be on Thursday. The presentation is an educational program to help understand Referenda C&D.  This important issue may make a difference in the amount of money allocated to our judicial sytem and should help members make an informed decision at the November polling booths.

***October 11 -- Collaborative Divorce Law Collaborative family law offers divorcing couples an alternative to litigation.  It is a process where a couple works with an interdisciplinary team comprised of lawyers, divorce coaches, a child specialist and a financial advisor to help them reach fair and equitable settlements. Come learn how this works and how to become involved.

*** October 18 -- Legal Research on the Internet (Including Casemaker) Have you tried Casemaker, the new free CBA legal research software? Find out what it can do for you, as well as info on several other Internet research tools that are available online.

***October 25 -- Why You Should Destroy Your Files in a Timely Fashion
Join Nancy Cohen from the Office of Attorney Regulation as she discusses Rule 1.15, and find out what you need to do to be in compliance.

*** Wednesday, October 26: DBA YLD Coffee Talk -- Stay Away from those Common Ethical Mistakes (Scary Stories from the Front) A great ethics program for those newer attorneys who may have "grave" concerns when it comes to ethics mistakes. The program is from 8-9 a.m. and includes a continental breakfast.
