***Vote Yes on 1A May 3 - New Denver Justice Center
The DBA trustees voted unanimously to support the city ballot initiative for the new Denver Justice Center. It has been 70 years since Denver has built a new courthouse; this initiative would provide 35 new courtrooms. The trustees encourage the members of the Bar to help get out the yes-vote on this important community and legal issue. ***Volunteers for Immigration Clinics
Attorneys who practice Education, Landlord/Tenant, Consumer Rights and Public Benefits law are needed to partner with immigration attorneys to conduct clinics in those areas. For information, contact Carolyn Ferber at cferber@cobar.org or (303) 824-5323.

***Law Day Approaches ... and How Will You Be Celebrating?
This year's Law Day program, presented by the DBA YLD, is "The American Jury: We the People in Action," May 4, noon, at the Warwick Hotel, 17th & Grant St. Speaker is Chief Judge of the Denver District Court, H. Jeffrey Bayless. Cost is $25 and includes lunch. One CLE. ***Best of the Bar: Voting Closes April 8
