*** Your Tuesdays at the Bar and Coffee Talk Programs
The DBA offers one-hour CLE programs every Tuesday at noon and the last Wednesday morning of the month (with breaks in July, August and December). Tuesdays at the Bar and Coffee Talk (for newer attorneys) are short, high-quality CLE programs designed to fit your schedule. We want your ideas for program topics, which can cover any practice area, law practice management or ethics. Submit your ideas and win a prize! We'll do a random drawing from all ideas submitted (even if we don't run the program) and award five gift certificates to a Tuesdays at the Bar program.

*** Are You Ready For Some Football?
The DBA Lawyers’ Football League opens its 38th year on Sunday, Sept. 11. Lawyers and law students are invited to play. Team selections are made on a first-come, first-served basis (limit 10). If you do not have a team, come to the league’s first and only preseason meeting for team captains and interested players on Thursday, Aug. 12, 6 p.m., at Fossum, Mastro, Barnes & Stazzone, P.C., 1660 S. Albion St., #220. If you have questions, contact Commissioner Vic Stazzone at (303) 757-4952.

*** 2006 Annual Family Law Institute
Colorado’s premier Family Law Institute in Breckenridge is finally here. This three-day program offers more than 16 fast-paced sessions, Colorado’s top presenters in the legal and mental health professions, as well as exciting networking and social events to attend. Breckenridge is a beautiful place and a great location for the whole family. All Bench and Bar family law members should be there! Register online: 2006 Annual Family Law Institute, August 4–6, 2006.

Held in conjunction with the DBA’s Young Lawyers Division, this year’s Latin-Flavored Fiesta will be held Wednesday, Oct. 18, 5:30– 7:30 p.m., at La Rumba, 99 W. 9th Ave. Enjoy fine wines from South America, Latin America, Spain and Portugal, plus fun food and friends — and don’t forget to bid on fabulous silent auction items.
