Charles Luce will give an overview of Metadata and explain what you need to know about it for your practice. One general credit has been requested.
 
*** Jan. 16: Estate Planning for Military Members: It's Not Your Typical Plan
This presentation will highlight the unique aspects of planning for military members, whether they are on active duty, on reserve or retired. In an era of heightened operations, it is important for attorneys to understand the sometimes complex issues military members face in taking care of their families. One general credit has been requested.
 
*** Jan. 23: Entity Formation
Robert Keatinge of Holland & Hart will present an overview of how to form a new entity. One general credit has been requested.
 
*** Jan. 30: Dabbling with Wills
Basics for the non-estate-planning attorney. What you need to know and when to stay away! One general credit has been requested.

*** Wednesday, Jan. 24: DBA YLD Coffee Talk - Five Things to Look for in a Commercial Lease
Learn from David Uhlig, with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll.
Join colleagues from 8 to 9 a.m. at 1900 Grant St., on the ninth floor. The cost is only $5 for DBA members and $15 for non-members. Continental breakfast is included. RSVP by sending a check to DBA Coffee Talk. One general CLE credit has been requested.
