*** CAN School Supply Drive
The Community Action Network invites your firm to join the Annual School Supply Drive, July 30–Aug. 8, to benefit kids in the Denver Public Schools Educational Outreach Program. Each year, CAN collects school supplies to ensure that underprivileged children in DPS are ready, prepared and excited about the coming school year. They need your help again this year! On Aug. 12, CAN will host DPS at the Denver Zoo. Students and their families will enjoy free admission to the zoo and a free meal, donated by the Denver Zoo. RSVP your firm's participation as soon as possible to Aaron P. Bradford at abradford@pjckn.com or (303) 874-3434.

*** Eighth Annual Business Law Institute
The Institute, Aug. 2–4, in Vail, will provide timely, practical updates on important new developments in business law in Colorado and nationally. Enjoy the cool mountain weather and earn CLE credits while you receive a great business law learning experience. Register online: Eighth Annual Business Law Institute.

*** Vote for the “Barrister’s Best”
What’s the best restaurant to take a new client? What’s the best place to disappear for an evening in the crowd? You can vote in the Law Week Colorado “Barrister’s Best” survey. Log on to www.lawweekonline.com, and click on “Announcements” to vote for your favorite legal service providers.

*** Martini Night with the Colorado Lawyers for the Arts
The DBA Young Lawyers Division and Colorado Lawyers for the Arts are co-sponsoring Martini Night on Aug. 9 at the Crossroads Theater (27th and Welton) from 6 to 9 p.m. CoLA is a non-profit organization that provides pro bono legal services and legal education to Colorado artists and arts organizations.
