Casemaker has added the decisions of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to the federal library. The data begins with 2015 data and they will be working backwards to add others, as well as keeping them up to date. The decisions are found in the Federal Materials listing under Patent Trials and under Trademark Trials.
Additional Federal Materials recently added: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Decisions and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines Manual.
