Electronically Stored Information and the Law—2015 Update—Wednesday, July 29
The intersection of law and technology is one of the most rapidly changing areas for attorneys. This new world of ESI requires all attorneys, not just litigators, to keep abreast of the latest e-discovery developments. Where clients share via Apple Watches, Skype, Facebook, and more, a lack of technical savvy can lead to trouble. Topics include: the intersection of technology and privacy law; technology assisted review: how it works and why it matters; the hot topic of information governance; what you must know about social media and discovery; and the latest updates concerning ethics and e-discovery. All attendees will receive a copy of John Tredennick’s new book, TAR for Smart People. Find out more.
