Knapp Elementary School second grader Cody Lindholm and Green Valley Elementary fourth grader Cindi Garcia are the winners of the DBA’s 5th Annual Law Day Art Contest. Their artwork, on the cover, reflected this year’s Law Day theme, "No Courts, No Justice, No Freedom."

Their teachers, Mindy Marks and Kearse George, gave a lesson on Law Day before students worked on their drawings. This year, the DBA has partnered with the Denver Art Museum, and the students’ artwork will be on display at the DAM through May.

The winning artists received a $100 Target gift card and free admission for their class to the DAM.
