Davis Graham & Stubbs associate Elizabeth Titus was elected president of the Colorado Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender Bar Association.

Alan M. Grossman was honored at the annual dinner of Beth Jacob High School for his service as president of the school for 25 years.

Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio medical malpractice attorney Brian McConaty was selected to the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation’s Board of Directors.


The Denver law firm of Onsager, Staelin & Guyerson received the 2010 Judge Donald E. Cordova Pro Bono Award by the Faculty of Federal Advocates.

Austin E. Smith, an associate at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, was named to the Arapahoe Community College Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Colorado Judicial Department’s 2009 Judicial Excellence Awards went to the following: Fran Jamison, deputy chief of the Denver Adult Probation Department received Manager of the Year; Magistrate Carolyn McLean of the 20th Judicial District received the Outstanding Judicial Officer award; Legal Assistant April Bernard received the Employee of the Year award for the State Court Administrator’s Office.



Former U.S. Congressman David Skaggs joined McKenna Long & Aldridge as a senior strategic advisor, acting as an independent consultant. Skaggs advises clients on legal issues in the areas of administrative law, government contracts and corporate ethics.

Tom W. Lamm joins Dill Dill Carr Stonbraker & Hutchings as a partner. His practice focuses on complex civil and criminal litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice.

Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons welcomes Amy D. Wills and E. Martín Enriquez as associates to the firm’s Denver office.



Pendleton, Friedberg, Wilson & Hennessey announces that Natalie R. Sullivan joined the firm as an associate. Sullivan’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, including employment law, employment discrimination and wrongful termination.

Grimshaw & Harring announces that Arnold R. Kaplan joined the firm as of counsel. Kaplan practices in the areas of corporate, finance, securities, municipal finance, banking and health-care law.




Hatch Jacobs announce that Amanda H. Halstead is a member of the firm. She will continue her practice in commercial litigation and leasing and landlord and tenant law. The firm also announces that Neil B. Dougherty joined the firm and will focus his practice on real estate law.

Onsager, Staelin & Guyerson announces that J. Brian Fletcher was made a member of the firm. His practice emphasizes Chapter 11 bankruptcy and business law.

Snell & Wilmer announce that John O’Brien joined the firm’s commercial finance group as a partner.

Hogan & Hartson announce the appointment of Anastasia G. Khokhryakova to of counsel. She specializes in the areas of municipal and corporate finance, securities and general corporate law. Additionally, the firm announces the election of Keith A. Trammell to partner. Trammell specializes in the areas of securities and corporate law, as well as international transactions.



Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe named Kimberley H. Tyson as director. Also, Emily J. Dodds joined as an associate practicing in the firm’s employment, estate planning and business transition and special districts groups. Matthew S. Larson also joined as an associate practicing in the firm’s environmental, energy and natural resources and real estate groups.
