Carrigan

Denver’s very own Jim Carrigan recently received the national Pursuit of Justice Award from the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section at a reception on April 24. Carrigan served as a U.S. District Judge for the District of Colorado from 1979 to 1995, where he sat by designation on the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Tenth and Federal Circuits. He was appointed by the U.S. Supreme Court to the U.S. Court of Foreign Surveillance, and then to the U.S. Judicial Conference Committee on Bankruptcy.

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority is pleased to announce that Joel Rosenstein, shareholder with Senn Visciano, was reappointed by Gov.
