Local Firm Supports MS Walk Event

President-Elect Mark Fogg and his firm, Kennedy Childs & Fogg, sponsored a refreshment stop at the annual Multiple Sclerosis walk that was held at City Park on May 3. These stops were a place where the participants could stop for a cold drink, snacks and fruit. Hundreds of participants ran or walked a route around and near City Park. Money was raised through sponsors and by the runners/walkers.  “We started this event years ago,” Fogg said. “We also have several firm members who participate in the walk. It has turned into a family event for our firm and most of our members bring their kids to help out at the refreshment stop.” Fogg said that several firm members have close friends whose children have been stricken by MS, and that is why they initially got involved.
