Proud new lawyers gathered at the Swearing-In Ceremony on Oct. 25 at Boettcher Concert Hall in the Denver Center for the Performing Arts. There were 584 new lawyers sworn in at the ceremony.

Law Suit Days
Young lawyer Joe Lusk collects gently-used professional clothing to help low-income and unemployed community members dress-to-impress for job interviews. On Oct. 12 and 13, members of the Young Lawyers Division took donations on the steps of the City and County Building.

The Colorado Indian Bar Association’s Fifth Annual Road Race Fundraiser was held in Lyons on Oct. 15. The proceeds from the race went toward scholarships for Native American law students.
Law Club — Ethics Revue
On Thursday, Oct. 27, the Denver Law Club had its first “Ethics Revue” performance. The CBA–CLE program offered three ethics credits.

On Thursday, Oct. 6, the LAF had their 12th Annual Wine Tasting at the Denver Athletic Club. The event raised more than $17,000.
