Law Suit Days brings hundreds of suits for mentally disabled Holli Hartman and David Woodruff take donations on Law Suit Days. The hundreds of suits collected are going to Wishing Well, a nonprofit that benefits mentally disabled men and women who are trying to transition into the workforce. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

DBJ’s Best of the Bar On Friday, Sept. 12, the Denver Business Journal hosted a “2003 Best of the Bar” breakfast and awards presentation. Twelve awards were presented to Colorado attorneys and include: Bankruptcy, Steve Abelman; Business Litigation, Scott Barker; Corporate M&A and Securities, Doug Wright; Corporate Criminal/White Collar Defense, Hal Haddon; Health Care, Gerald Niederman; Individual Criminal Defense, Pam Mackey; Intellectual Property, Lesley Craig; Legal Malpractice, Thomas Quinn; Lifetime Achievement, John R. “Jack” Trigg; Pro Bono, Steve Choquette; Real Estate, Frank Robinson; Telecommunications, Niki Frangos Tuttle. There were about 250 attendees at the event at the Marriott City Center.
