"Imagine a Great Transition!" is the second CBA Transitions Committee program for this year. This program will be held on Tues., Dec. 2, noon, in the CBA-CLE large classroom, third floor, 1900 Grant Street.
Well-known and respected Dr. Andrea Van Steenhouse will talk about moving through transitions—navigating the path, meeting the challenges and celebrating the opportunities. Feds and Taxes
On Dec. 5, CBA-CLE will be offering a Federal Practice Update, including information on pre-trial practice, federal rules and evidence, expert witnesses, removal and jurisdiction, class certifications and a view from the bench. The cost of this seven credit CLE course is $169 for CBA Litigation Section members, $179 for CBA members and $209 for non-members.
Before April 15 rears its ugly head, get the latest at the 2003 State and Local Tax Conference, which takes place on Dec. 17. This program is for attorneys, accountants, tax managers and consultants. Eight CLE credits, including one ethics credit are available, and up to eight hours of CPE (Continuing Professional Education credits are available for accountants). The price is $169 for CBA Tax Section members, $179 for CBA members and $209 for non-members

The Colorado Catholic Lawyer’s Guild Annual Dinner is Thursday, Jan. 29.
