Loan Repayment

The Loan Repayment Assistance Program Committee is now a free-standing Colorado Bar Association Committee. The Committee is charged with developing a program for the benefit of attorneys engaged in public service practice. David Juarez is seeking more members before calling the first meeting. Transitions on April 19

"Lifelong Learning" is the topic for the CBA Transitions meeting on April 19, noon, in the large classroom, 1900 Grant Street, Suite 300, Denver. The program will focus on the wide variety of opportunities we have for continuing to grow. DBA and CBA members, as well as spouses and friends, are invited. 8-Courses at Yasui Dinner

DBA-CLE for March

Estate Planning Basic Skills takes place March 4-5, offering the most thorough techniques to start you on your way toward a successful estate planning practice. The cost is $199 for CBA Trust & Estate Section members and their staff, $209 for CBA members, $239 for nonmembers. 11 general and one ethics credits are available.

Tax day is coming, so come to the Basics of Accounting and Financial Statements on March 11. This program is for those with little or no experience with accounting principles and financial statements. The cost is $169 for CBA Business Law Section members, $179 for CBA members and $209 for nonmembers. Seven general CLE credits are available.

Defending Civil and Criminal Healthcare Investigations is on March 17. Learn about the federal government’s anti-fraud enforcement efforts, and fraud concerning criminal investigations, and civil and administrative matters. The cost is $119 for CBA Health Law Section members, $129 for CBA members and $149 for nonmembers. Four general CLE credits are available.
