ABOUT THE BOOK:
ABOUT THE BOOK
On the 10th anniversary of its original publication, we are pleased to present the Second Edition of The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Employment Law. This completely revised edition includes three new chapters on Discovery, the Federal Sector EEO Process, and Settlement and Mediation, while existing chapters have been revised and updated. In addition, many sample forms have been provided as exhibits to the chapters, such as a sample settlement agreement, litigation hold letter, and a motion to compel. Critical, timely information for the practitioner is contained in the book, including information on the newly signed Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act and the U.S. Department of Labor's proposed Family and Medical Leave Act regulations.
Automatic Supplementation:
For your convenience, automatic supplementation is included with your order. Future supplements will be mailed automatically with an invoice at 10% off the published price. Return privileges apply and you may cancel the service at any time. You will be notified by email and post before any supplement is mailed, so you may cancel shipment before a supplement is released.
If you wish to remain off the automatic shipment list for all future supplements, please let us know at the time of your order or you can also contact the CBA-CLE book department at 303-860-0608 or email kwolfe@cobar.org.
